Our Fields of Activity
Our production system is flexible and we carry out production under contracts or sub-production orders for all kinds of sectors including mainly firms that operate in high voltage electrical energy sector like transformer factories.
In our welding construction factory, we do sheet cutting and sheet bending and various components are produced as welding construction productions for Distribution Transformer Boilers and their Accessories and Power Transformer Boilers.
For example; Transformer Boilers, Transformer Accessories, Cable Boxes, Expansion Depots, HV and LV Domes are produced in an oil proof state. Also Boiler Supporters are prepared according to the technical drawings.
In addition to these, we carry out production of Transformer Radiator accessories,
For example; Oil drain plug
Bleeder plug
Lifting lugs
Thermometer pockets
Radiator flanges etc. are produced in our factory.
Accessories and Equipment Parts that are produced can be painted upon your request in our Sanding and Painting facility in accordance with the NORMs.
Our Production area
Because of our huge numbers of machines and their large capacity, we can produce all kinds of parts of the transformers iron or non-iron plates, rod, stripe, profile, lama, lower bar, lower bar connector, connector bar etc., in different size due to their technical drawings. All of them have quality control plan.
